At 6:30 p.m., enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner by the chefs of Parkside 23, showcasing seasonal, organically grown produce from Eco-J’s gardens.

When registering, please select from the following entrée options:

  • Stuffed Red Bell Pepper – filled with eggplant, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions, asparagus, zucchini, and tomato sauce
  • Chardonnay Chicken – seasoned airline breast with Chardonnay cream sauce, gremolata, and microgreens
  • Salmon – served with citrus beurre blanc, balsamic glaze, and microgreens
