Yoga with Alpacas

Join instructor Chloe Wright for Yoga in our alpaca pasture. Center yourself and connect with nature as you strengthen your mind and body in the quiet presence of these gentle animals.

Sat. Sept. 18 & Sun. Sept. 19 at 9:00 a.m. or 10:15 a.m.

Age 15 and up. Cost: $20

Guided Walking Meditation

Using the beautiful stone labyrinth and walking path of the Eco-Justice Center, Bhikkhuni Vimala will lead participants through a guided walking meditation. Bhikkhuni Vimala was ordained as a Bhikkhuni (female monk) in 2010 and is a member of the Blue Lotus Buddhist Temple Monastic team in Woodstock, Illinois.

The guided meditation includes a Lovingkindness (Metta) Meditation and a Mindfulness Meditation, among others.
