Seasonal Positions:

Summer 2023 Education Internship:  

Help educate children ages 6-14 about the environment, animals and organic farming in our Summer Camps. Interns develop child management techniques, interactive teaching strategies, and are directly mentored and extensively trained through a self-reflective, experiential training program. 2023 Education Internship Application

   

2023 Farm Corps Internship: 

The Eco-Justice Center looks to carry its environmental stewardship into the future by equipping tomorrow’s leaders with the skill necessary to sustain a vibrant local food movement. The program is seeking energetic adults to intern for the growing season and learn small-scale market gardening through our sustainable local food and farming initiative program.  Participants will grow, cook, promote, and market healthy food raised on an educational farm. 2023 Farm Corp Internship Application

   

Live-In Internship:  

Spend three months to a year educating children about the environment, harvesting organically-grown vegetables, helping shear alpacas - the sky is the limit! Work alongside our experienced staff who will teach you by doing. This is not a classroom study buy actual farm labor that will educate you on what it takes to grow food, care for animals, and teach people. Volunteer Positions: 

Summer Camp Assistant: 

This volunteer position is open to high school students between the ages of 14-18 years old. Assist in providing safe, fun, educational experiences for children ages 6-14 in our summer camps. Summer Camp Assistants interact with children, helping them feel comfortable, included, and proud of their participation. Summer Camp Assistants learn professional work skills and receive mentorship from Summer Camp Interns and Eco-Justice Center staff. Applications due no later than 5pm on June 3.
