Join us for an inspiring evening of community and sustainability at the Eco-Justice Center! The night begins with a lively cocktail hour from 5:30–6:30 p.m., featuring live music, signature cocktails, and delicious appetizers. Guests are invited to explore the farm, participate in a 50/50 raffle, and browse unique items in our silent auction.
At 6:30 p.m., enjoy a thoughtfully prepared three-course dinner by the chefs of Parkside 23, showcasing seasonal, organically grown produce from Eco-J’s gardens.

When registering, please select from the following entrée options:
- Chardonnay Chicken – seasoned airline breast with Chardonnay cream sauce, gremolata, and microgreens
- Salmon – served with citrus beurre blanc, balsamic glaze, and microgreens
- Stuffed Red Bell Pepper – filled with eggplant, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions, asparagus, zucchini, and tomato sauce

Tickets: $100 per guest (early bird pricing available)
Table: $700 (for 7 guests)
Registration begins April 20th
Guests may also choose to sponsor additional tickets for the Sisters affiliated with the Eco-Justice Center.
Proceeds raised during Farm to Table:
- Contributes towards garden production – over 30% of which is donated to the Northside Food Pantry
- Buys 185 bales of hay for more than 40 animals on the farm
- Purchases 58 bags of chicken feed
- Pays for vet care for our alpacas & goats
- Contributes towards education of school groups, summer camp children, and visitors
